I put a new cooler on my board as my old one was loud and ran hot. When I attempted to start it, I started it outside the case on top of the motherboard box. It would not show any video on the screen and I do not have a case speaker as none was included with the case or board. I then put only the bare minimum onto the board (PSU, motherboard, CPU, cooler) and plugged in the monitor into the back of the motherboard and still no POST. I've attempted to clear the CMOS with no luck. I've tried both fan headers and different monitors to no avail.
