Looking for advice on a $600 gaming PC build

I have done research and found an option that is a bit over 600 but is still in my price range. There are just so many different options that I am afraid that I'm not getting the best I can for my money. I don't want to do anything on this PC but gaming. I am going to play r factor and Iracing. All I need to be able to do is get on the internet to download tracks and cars and have the best graphics I can for my money and that's all I care about. I have an iPad that I can do everything else on. I have a link to what i think I want for my build but am seeking advice to see if this is a good way to go. If anyone can please give me advice on wether this would be a good purely gaming PC or that I need to restart and go in another direction. All feedback will be much appreciated.
