PC issue, no video or peripheral lights.

Hello everybody. Recently my pc has been having some problems and I really don't know how to fix it. It will boot up, all my fans and internal LEDs will light up but I get no video. The strange part is that when I plug my peripherals in they don't light up. My mouse wheel on my Deathadder will light up but the other LEDs on my mouse won't and neither will my keyboard. I'm thinking that my PSU isn't supplying enough power to keep everything running. I've tried almost everything. Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks all.

I just had video for a little while but once I installed my hard drive it stopped working again now I can't get video with or without my hard drive installed. I inserted a speaker but it didn't beep at all.
