HI everyone,Im a Noob lol I was Console gamer & now I want to return to pc gaming xD
I have a processor I3 3220,4Gb RAM DDR3,Motherboard Gigabyte S2.Im asking which better Graphic card for this performance Geforce or ATI?! and how I choose my graphic card?! thanks in Advance

You could pick up a Nvidia GTX 650 Ti or a Radeon 7790 for the middle of your budget and they are both pretty even.
