monitor wont connect to computer and usb dont work

i installed a new cpu cooler and ever since this problem was happening. when installing the new cooler i also had to move 1 of my ram sticks.

Moving one of your RAM sticks could be an issue. What motherboard do you have, and which slots did you have to move them to?

ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 is my mobo
there WERE in 1,3 but the cooler blocks the 1 so i moved it to 2,4

also the dram_led light is solid red if that helps

I think you can only have the RAM in slots 1 & 3 - not just 2 & 4. For just two RAM DIMMs anyway.
