CPU=AMD FX 6300, GPU=XFX Radeon 270x, MB=MSI 970 A-G43, Power Corsair CX 750w..... Brand new build, Op system not yet installed, and cant get the thing to display. We have tried a TV with HDMI (DVI) and a regular Dell Monitor with cables attached to the GPU Card. All fans are working, including on the GPU and CPU. Light on Blue Ray Disk Drive is working. LED on Case is working. MB has no way to bypass Graphics card, at least not that i can tell. Any help would be great, My son and I have never build a computer before....very nervous about all this stuff. Sean La
New Build no Display...Please Help

Well,
after more research I discovered that this particular MB needs both the 24pin power socket plugged in (for the mother board power) and the 8 pin powers socket plugged in for the CPU. After about 4 hr of scratching my head and one Pay Per view UFC fight night, where Anderson Silva broke his leg kicking his opponent, I googled the dang MB power options and discovered that both needed to be plugged in. Plugged both in, held my breath, turned it on, and lions tigers oh my...she was on.
