What is your budget? The 3570k is now 1 generation old in the Ivy Bridge family, we are now in the Haswell generation. While there isn't anything wrong with using a CPU that is a generation old (may even save you money), Haswell does have its benefits. The 4670k is the comparable Haswell CPU.

The build is for gaming, video editing and latter on some 3d modeling, I have a budget of 900$

I found this GPU Gigabyte N660OC-2GD Nvidia Geforce GTX660 2048Mo 1033Mhz PCI-Express 16x

you chose a wrong motherboard for this cpu since your cpu can be overclocked and your motherboard doesn't support overclocking. I suggest you to go for i5 4670k+ any z87 mobo and a gtx 770 or r9 280x
