Hi. :) I'm a gamer and once considered OC'ing my rig for smoother gaming purpose, but some other experts suggesedt that getting a dedicated video card is safer than OC'ing my rig.

So, I had a look about video cards on Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Video_card) and I saw that having a dedicated video card requires more power. My power supply is 600W and I wonder if my PC is ok to have a dedicated video card without buying a power supply that provides more power. And if its ok, can someone suggest which graphic card should I get?

Note: I play shooting games and driving games more often eg. Call of Duty and Need for Speed (the recent version)

RIG:
Asus P8Z77-V LX2
i5-3570K
GeForce GT630

The minimum specs for the GTX 660 say at leasta 450 watt PSU.
http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-660/specifications
And the 7850 has a minimum of a 500 watt PSU.

So for both of those you are in the within the minimum and you shouldn't have an issue with the lower range cards either. And I know there is an offer where you can get Assassins creed IV and splinter cell free when you buy a GTX 660 through certain vendors like the one I am going to buy when it gets back in stock haha. :)

I would take a look at geforce GTX 660 and Radeon HD 7850 they are about the same and near the top of your budget.
The geforce GTX 650 ti and Radeon HD 7770 OC would be more mid range or near the bottom, but could still run the games you want. I would get a card near the top of your budget like the 660 because you would be able to use it for a while.
