Hey guys! I have some questions to ask!

First, my specs:
Intel 420 @ 1.6 GHZ.
MSI G31TM-P21 motherboard
http://www.msi.com/product/mb/G31TM-P21.html#/?div=Deta...
Some kingston 2gb DDR2 400MHz RAM

My questions:
I want a good graphics card that supports my motherboards configurations and won't bottleneck the cpu.

Which is a good gpu under 50$? Max 100$. Would a 7770 work? would a 7790 work? What are the cards from nvidia that supports my configurations? And, I live in India, And i use this : WWW.FLIPKART.COM to buy the products online. My Indian rupee budget: 7000 rupees.

I play games such as garry's mod, cricket, counter strike etc.

And, i also want to upgrade my PSU and My HDD.

I have a psu of an unknown company : 220v
HDD:i have a sandisk hdd: 80gb. I also want a good hdd that supports my configurations

I want these all questions answered.

Thanks :)

Do you really mean you have a HDD (an old fashioned spinning hard disk) rather than an SSD (solid state drive)?
If so, the best thing you could possibly do to upgrade your system would be to add a SSD.
128 GB SSD (RP 6390)

or

60 GB SSD (RP 5000)

This GPU for RP 1975 looks compatible with your outdated motherboard:
