Keyboard and Mouse aren't working

To start it all off sorry for the wall of text but I want to be really specific. I just recently installed Windows 7 on my new SSD and have begun downloading drivers. I just got done with all of that and was restarting for my last install so that I could back it all up on my new HDD. After all of my struggles, I could finally work on downloading all of my games back!

But lo and behold, my mouse and keyboard aren't working. I've got a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate and a Razer Naga 2014. My keyboard will be powered on during the POST but then it will turn off after that. It's clearly connected. Then after my computer being on the log in screen for like 20 seconds, a box with the name "Razer" pops up and tells me that my computer will restart in 5 seconds. A blue screen pops up for like 5-10 seconds with a lot of text and I hardly have any time to read any of it. I saw Applecharger.sys and that seemed to be the problem. And then the cycle continues after the blue screen is gone and the computer restarts.

I started to look around for a solution to this, and I saw that there are 3 potential problems to this. The first is this The Applecharger.sys of course. I need to get rid of that. I saw that Gigabyte's ON OFF Charger feature that they have include in their motherboard features could be a problem to because it turns off the USB ports or something like that. The third is Razer Synapse, which seems to be the cause of my computer restarting at the log in screen and the drivers are said to cause problems.

How would I get rid of any of those if I don't have any mouse/keyboard to log in/navigate Windows? Please help!!!

I have a Gigabyte Z68A-D3H-B3 motherboard.

Resetting the CMOS will default the BIOS/CMOS settings to what came with the computer. This might cause issues if you have anything custom set up for boot, or any other custom BIOS settings.

Try booting up the computer without a keyboard/mouse. You might have to change error reporting in the bios. You should also be able to change settings related to Gigabyte's On/Off Charger feature in the bios too. See if you can get the computer to sit at the login screen for a few minutes without shutting off. Then try plugging in the keyboard and logging in.

I couldn't see any option to change the On/Off Charger feature in the BIOS. Unplugging the keyboard and mouse didn't work. Still restarted like it has been.

To anoori9000: I'm pretty sure I have the latest drivers because I got them from the website. Also, how would I uninstall the drivers if I can't log in and use my mouse + keyboard?

Also I saw somewhere about going in to the Device manager and unchecking something to do with "Hibernation" in the usb controllers. How would they expect anyone to do that without mouse + keyboard?

I think it's a thing Razer Synapse does. Something like if no peripherals are detected, it restarts to see if that fixes it. I shouldn't have any heating issues because I've had this computer for 2 years, but just got and SSD and HDD. I'm starting clean. I'm actually really positive, now that I think about it, that Razer Synapse is the core cause to my troubles here. There's just the problem of getting into my computer to get rid of if.

I don't think the theory about the Razor Synapse above is correct. A quick test would be to plug the keyboard/mouse in, start the computer up and see if you can interact with the login screen before it shuts off.

Can you try the keyboard/mouse on different USB ports, such as ports on the front of the computer or back of the computer... which ever is not being used now.

Also, do you have a friend, parent or sibling you can borrow a keyboard/mouse from for testing?

I've tried just about every USB port. I'll try a ps2 keyboard when my little brother is done using it. I don't think I have any custom settings for boot, at least nothing that will be hard to change I think.

If I do have to start clean again, how do I get rid of the windows on my SSD?
