DHCP DIsable in router

I am not getting internet in my server or in network what i did was turned off the DHCP from the Router an below are details

Actually my ip pool i defined is 10.10.0.3 is for the default gateway,
DHCP i defined 10.10.0.51 to 10.10.0.200

Do i have to have two network card as my serverhad 4 netowrk card ,
can you please assint me in configuring both network card what should I do

I had one fiber optical router provide by ISP though which one internet connection is going to my old router which IP i define as 10.10.1.3 and running fron that router DHCP unable and working fine
Recently i purchased another router and defiend an ip of 10.10.0.3 and turn off DHCP in router and install Active Directory , DHCP and DNS in the server with the IP for DHCP ranger ffrom 10.10.0.51 to 10.10.0.200 and my server static IP 10.10.0.50 and prefered DNS with my server ip it self 10.10.0.50 and alternate DNS with the gateway 10.10.0.3

Can you assist me where i am getting wrong :(

You mentioned that your old router had an IP of 1010.1.3 and your new one has an IP of 10.10.0.3. Is there a static route or something else allowing connection between the two?

Also, if you turn off DHCP, you have to have statically defined IP addresses on each NIC in on your workstation/server.

Brother actually from ISP the connection is going to my main router old one which IP adress internally defined as 10.10.1.3 and ahhowed DHCP 10.10.1.100 to 10.10.1.150 and all the computer and server running fine with that

My new server i recently purchased i intalled AD, DHCP, and DNS and give a server static IP of 10.10.0.50 and in my second router which is also connected though ISP FIber optic box to the router internet port i defined IP 10.10.0.3 and turned off the DHCP to let DHCP work in server .

I didnt disturb my existing netowrk and router you can say new server with new router i want DHCP to be turned off in router and to be unable in Server with internet in simple words :( SOrry I am new in networking bsuiness server enviornment as I am more of Hardware guy :(

Actually When i try to check the configuration its correct giving me the default gateway and my server Ip when i try to ping any web it gives an error as there is no internet
