Ever since i have upgraded to windows 8.1, i have a user account control window pop up, whenever i want to install software, download or up date a program it says to continue type an administrator password then it has underneath that asp.net machine account with a bar to type a password then another area that has QBdata service user 19 with a bar underneath that to type a password then click yes or no, i have put in every password i can think of and nothing works, i have Googled the problem with no help at all, i have tried removing the account in safe mode says i don't admin permission even though i am logged in as a admin. i have tried every solution Microsoft said nothing works. i hope someone can offer a solution thanks in advance.

Solution
go to Control Panel > User Accounts and Family Safety > User Accounts. Choose “Change User Account Control Settings” and then slide the bar on the left to the lowest position.

Go to the Control Panel> System and Security> Action Center.
In the Security section scroll down to "Change settings for Windows SmartScreen".
In the dialog that opens select "Turn off Windows SmartScreen".
Click on OK.

That would be good to make those changes to disable smart screen if I can get past the uca asp.net window from popping up to put a password in, as I have said before I cant do anything as I keep getting prompted for the password which I have no idea what it is as I didn't create it and I am the only user on my computer.

probably there will be 2 accounts on your system 1 administrator and a student account while logging from student account u will be prompt for password everytime u can check your account status at user accounts go to change account type and see whats the type of your current account change it to administrator if it isn't.

ASP.NET Machine is standard account created by windows automatically..which doesn't have administrator privileges. Login with administrator account and delet ASP.NET Machine account from user accounts then u will have 2 accounts remaining Administrator and Guest.
