Suggest me a good graphic card for gaming

dual core 2.80ghz
ram 2 gb ddr2
win 7 ultimate 32 bit
res 1600x900

suggest among the following
geforce gt610 2gb
radeon hd5450 2gb
radeon hd6450 1gb

Between the three the 6450 is the best the gt 610 is no competition for either Radeon cards and the 6450 beats out the 5450 because it is a series newer.

my gt430 is better than the gt 610 and I think the 430 is garbage for medium gaming

I would suggest something about a Radeon HD 7750/7770 or a Geforce GTX 650/650Ti. But having a closer look at your "dual core" with DDR2 memory I'm thinking it's probably a Pentium D 820 which came out prior to core2 and I seriously doubt you have the processor power to run any of those games.
