So my motherboard has an option in the BIOS to automatically OC my CPU and RAM. Now the problem I ran into is I was playing BF3 and all of a suddon out of bloody nowhere my system just turned off, no error no blue screen just black screen power off. I disabled OC genine and it hasnt happened again. Is this overheating? I immediately checked my temps in the BIOS while disabling OC genie and they where only around 60-70C for the CPU and 40-50C for the GPU which is totally fine.

My specs are:
CPU: AMD Althon X4 750k
GPU: ASUS Radeon HD 7870 GHz edition (No manual OC)
RAM: 8GB DDR3 Corsair Vengance LP
MOBO: MSI FM2-A75MA-E35/FM2-A55M-E35

Yes, it could be overheating. Also, is your MoBo properly updated? Does your version of OC Genie support your particular CPU?
Use the checklist in the description: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ujyEGCDhx40

Monitor your CPU temp whilst playing Battlefield, and see if it rises to 95 degrees Celsius or more. If not, try manually increasing the voltage slightly.

I'd recommend you to overclock yourself instead, just try your way forward.
