Hey everyone, I am deciding between the 780 or 780ti as an upgrade. I saw on EVGA's site (I'd like to go with one of their variants) that not all mobo BIOSes re compatible. The most recent BIOS update available is from 2010. I have that. The mobo is a Gateway one made for the FX-6831, h57 with an I7 860, I believe the BIOS is called Bulldog 2 h57 and is actually from acer. So, any one know if I will have compatibility issues? If so, would that be with any 780 or just evga ones because of their own software? Otherwise, any way to find out short of buying one and plugging it in?
