Which GPU for battlefield 4?

I have a great build ready, I am using a NZXT phantom 410 with stock coolers and an intel i7 4770K. I am trying to decide which GPU to go with for battlefield 4. I want an average of 70-80 fps on ultra. I am using a 1080p monitor with 1ms response time and 144hz refresh rate. My two main competitors are the r9 290x and the gtx 780ti. I don't want to spend more than $700 on it. Preferably around $600. Thanks!
One quick question, what will the new "mantle" do to my fps?

mantle will, supposedly, extremely optimize bf for amd, like 50% apparently or some shit. It keeps getting delayed so we'll see if it can live up to its name. The 780ti is the fastest card out there right now, plain and simple. That said, the 290x is a close second. At 1080p both will murder BF4 and any game for that matter. Once the prices come down for the 290x I would go with that because at 1080p it isn't worth the money to go with the 780ti.
