Will my Inno3D GTX 650 TI be compatible with my MSI H61M-P23 MOBO?

I am currently planning on buying the GTX 650 Ti. But I'm kinda worried if it will fit (or even be compatible) with my current MOBO. Sorry for the stupid question I'm kind of a beginner with building computers. Thanks in advance!

So even if the GTX650 Ti is PCIE 3.0 and my MOBO is 2.0 it will still work with it?
