I currently have radeon 6450. I am upgrading to either a gtx 760 or gtx 770. If I get a 760 I could get a 4gb version. But with the 770 I can only get the 2gb version. I am mainly going to be playing f1 2014 (when it comes out), 2k14, and minecraft. I want to play on 1080p minimum on a 27" display.

Do not get the 4gb 760. you will run out of processing power before you run out of video memory
The 770 is about 15% faster in all applications than the 760, but it is also more expensive. the 770 will allow you to almost any game out there besides crysis 3 or metro last light (without AA it would max these games
