gtx 650 ti Compatibiliy

I just purchased a evga gtx 650 ti with 2gig gddr 5 sc, and am trying to use it in a EVGA 750i SLI FTW Motherboard. system has a evga 600w power supply. It has a e8400 processor, 4 gigs dd2, bios i750sz10. system was running a gtx 260 with no problems, When 650 is installed it posts to evga screen and then reboots the computer over and over any thought?

both gpu, cpu and motherboard are all compatable, check to make sure you have all the power connectors on the 650 ti plugged in correctly, as well as that the monitor is plugged into the graphics card

if you still cannot get to boot, remove the gpu, and try to see if you can at least get it to boot with the old card or just the cpu
