SO i am planning to buy a new 27" monitor and i have a budget around 300$. Since prices are kind of high where i live i think the best monitor to get would be either the Asus VE278H or the BenQ RW2760HM. I have no idea wich one to get and i really need to decide soon. The BenQ has a VA-panel but i heard that people had experienced ghosting with VA-panels and slow response times. The Asus only has a TN-panel but i think it is a bit faster and "snappier". Well what do you guys think? Wich one is best and wich oine should i buy?

Go with Asus VE278H you will just love the display quality,Sharpness,Colors and Snappiness. BenQ is not bad either but between the BenQ and Asus. Asus is always the best. Go with Asus you won't regret it. :)

If you want fast gaming then the Asus wins out. The responsiveness of the BenQ GW2760HM isn't so good.

If you want a 27" fast monitor then I'd get this:
http://www.tftcentral.co.uk/reviews/aoc_i2757fm.htm
It has a 5ms GTG response time and the above link shows it is indeed fast. Also, being a IPS panel the colors are richer. Supposedly BestBuy has it for $250 on sale.

This may sound stupid but the AOC is very ugly and i hate that it is white so i dont really want it. I think i am going to go with the Asus afterall. Thanks for all the quick replys!

At first I was a little thrown off by the looks of the AOC too but my friend has it and it is amazing. As for the Asus, I love the speed of TN panels for fps gaming.
