Corsair CX430 vs Antec VP450p...??? Confused.

Hellooo....!!!!
I'm from India. Gonna Buy a new PSU from Flipkart. My Budget is just Rs. 3000 (Indian Ruppees). 450 watts is more than enough as this psu will be used for a very low tech computer.

Components:-
Core 2 Duo e7500, ASUS P5G41C M-LX, 2Gb DDR2 RAM(I know it sucks), A 250gb Hard drive and DVD Rom.
This is just for My Parents.

The reviews of VS series on flipkart are quite nice. You won't find any dedicated reviews as VS series is available only in developing countries and hence can't be checked for '80 plus' stuff. 550 watts is tempting and the specs are also nice.

If it's just for a normal house pc=not gaming,so for internet or foto's and such the antec will do fine.You just don't need 550watt for a normal pc.Save the extra money for something else.
