What SSD to buy?

Hi,

I want to buy a new SSD for my laptop (HP ProBook 4540s) and I want some suggestions.

What can I choose beetween these 3 SSDs :

Samsung 840 EVO. end of story

It's low cost like a low end drive, but has the quality and the performance of a very high end SSD that would normally cost twice the price.

It has more performance than the drives listed in the OP with great Samsung quality and is the same price. The 120GB version is on sale for 89.99 at newegg.

If I could only choose from the 3 ssd's you listed, then I would choose the Plextor M5 Pro Extreme. Performance is very good and technical reviews were very favorable.

I normally recommend Samsung. The Samsung solid state drives perform extremely well and have a proven track record. Intel, Crucial, and Plextor are also worth considering. Lately the new SanDisk ssd's have been performing well.
