Well I have been troubleshooting for so long I am about to give up. In games such as Crysis 2, GTA 4, Hitman: Absolution and even Minecraft I have been getting this really bad stuttering and frame dropping. It seems to mostly happen while I am panning around in-game or moving fast. I have used Fraps to make sure I was not "lagging" and I was mostly getting 60fps (vsync on). Also I have replaced my SSD and my video card after updating every driver I could imagine. Still the stuttering occurs. If anyone can help me here, It would be greatly appreciated.
