You should be fine on medium settings for most games.
Some are more graphically intensive than others so results will differ depending on the game

Thanks for the answer! One Last thing, by "being fine on Medium Settings" do you mean I'll get a steady 50+ FPS?

I know this is already solved but I just wanted to tell you that from my experience, I get 60fps avg in BF4 at 1440X900 with the high spec and 60fps average at 1080p with medium settings. This is also with my 650ti. Sorry, I know this is solved.
