Need help finding the power switch pins on my motherboard

Hi, its my first time building a computer and I've come across the problem that I cant find the power switch pins.
The motherboard I'm using is the Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P.

The thing is I've had a look and I cant find it. Maybe I'm just too thick to see it.

My boot test was a failure even after finding the pins. It made a very low noise once but never actually booted. Is there anything i am doing wrong?

Power is connected to the motherboard
cpu power is also connected from the motherboard
hd is also getting power from the power supply and connected to motherboard
cpu & ram are installed correctly

Please let me know if you suggest anything.
