Need help with choosing a graphics card

Here is my current build and I have a budget of £400. I'd like a video card that costs around £105 and one that can run Battlefield 4 at 30fps.

DO NOT GET THAT PSU Many documented cases of ruining computers.

Based here in Canada I wasn't sure where to shop.;-)

The AMD card in most games is more powerful - not all. Look at the benchmarks and the games you play - your choice.
