I am currently asking this on Safemode with networking. My PC freezes at the welcome screen, Actually now it gets a black screen with movable cursor after boot menu Instead of that and the cursor Freezes after a minute.

I have run Check Disk, Malwarebytes, Temps are fine, Fan speed ran. Registry cleaned. So on. Anyone got a fix? Ask away if you need more details

I'll try the 1st Solution. Also i have restored but to no avail. There was a Windows update 9 days ago but i have been able to use the PC since then.
I have new everything. It's a new system. Also running a 7850 if that helps

Did a complete Video card wipe, Absolutely no Change in the slightest. Black screens after the Windows Sign does the weird animation thing saying "Starting windows" Cursor able to move for 30 seconds before system completely freezes.

If you are talking about windows. Not really. The amount of data i'd ideally need to keep exceeds 120 Gb.
Plus i have no disc available to do that

Already have 2 partitions. Although i could move all my C drive data over onto there, You think that would work?
They are seperate HDD's btw
