What do you think on buying this PC at this time?

I want to play games at max settings 1080p and for 2 to 4 years ahead (maybe on medium to high settings by then) I was thinking about the game Star Citizen, I would like to play it when its out with this computer hopefully with over 60 fps on medium settings, will I be able to? Or no one can be sure about that game since its not close to being out? Also I'm not planning to upgrade this PC at all.. So maybe I should go for a much more expensive computer?

My current PC is from 2004 so its pretty old and I waited for a new PC for the last 3 years now. So the sooner I get a new PC the better... :p

Solution
Yes, you need to install ALL drivers after you buy and install windows. Motherboard, GPU, any other drivers will need to be manually installed.

The gtx770 should still play games at medium settings in 3 years.
No one can be sure about that game yet. Impossible to know.

That computer is very good and will play all modern games at ultra at 1080p.

It is overpriced and has unneeded things, like 16gb RAM and an i7. If it had an i5 and 8gb RAM there would be ZERO performance difference, just saved money.

Of course I should've mentioned that its not only for gaming(still mostly for gaming). But still next gen games I'm pretty sure will need more than 8 GB and an I7, so I don't see that that is a waste of money. I rather buy a good PC then buying a little cheaper and then not being satisfied with it.

No, it will be 5+ years before games will actually be able to utilize the hyper threading of an i7. It is pointless as the CPU will be out of date beofre it even comes into its own. Same goes for 8gb RAM. DDR4 RAM will be out well before games use more than 6gb RAM.

I am actually a contributor for this game and I can tell you with confidence that it the recommended RAM for the game when it releases will be 8gb and the minimum will be 4gb. It is still VERY unrefined at the moment. SLI/crossfire isn't even supported at all. This game is still 1+ years away,

Alright. But I'm going to choose this PC anyway because I'm planning to use this PC for quite a few years ahead + I'm going to need it not just for gaming, I was really concern about the video card on how long it will last me.

Also, I was wondering, if I buy this prebuilt PC that doesn't have a windows installed, will I need to install motherboard drivers and things like that?

Nice rig if you can't self build and that card will probably push BF4 on ultra at around 60 fps and installing windows is painless. It will find most of the drivers for you to at least get started and if you want to later on then find better ones and install them
