If you want to do a factory reset ..
Restart your computer, during the Acer splah screen, press F2 to enter your BIOS settings.
Check to see if Acer disk to disk recovery is enabled. Once D2D recovery setting in Main is Enabled save and exit.
When the Acer splash screen comes up during post press Alt and F10 at the same time.
You should be able to recover your comp to factory settings
