I have put a link to a website which will show you a comparison of the two graphics cards and then you will be able to decide if the upgrade is worth it. Personally i would try and go with something a little more. Your graphics card is quite good and you could always wait and save a bit:)

Palit Jetstream GTX 670 - 210$
Vs
Inno3D herculez 2000 GTX 770 - 302$

What would you choose?

Palit Jetstream is a solid brand & card..... but I'd rather have a 770, just I don't know much about the Inno brand as not sure as to their quality

look at 770 as an OC-d 680. That means a 770 is more powerful than a 680. that is a beast card to go for!

I just went from a 660 to a 770 and it is a true beast. I say never upgrade just a little.

While it is tempting to upgrade GPU's "all-the-time" as they are improving SOOOO rapidly, I try to hold out until the new card is At Least twice the speed of the old card. (my last upgrade was CrossFire 5870's to a single 7970.... twice as fast in every game...)

If you need to run a benchmark to tell the difference, I don't feel it worth it.....
