I was all set and ready to purchase the 8350 but then I noticed that newegg has a promo right now for the 8320 for $30.00 off making it $130.00. My question is the 3.5ghz vs. the 4ghz that MUCH of a difference? I'd be spending an extra $60.00 (8350 has a $10.00 off promo) on the 8350 but will that extra .5 make that much of a difference especially if I OC the 8320?

Thoughts? I did read the benchmarks, reviews, etc but I still can't make up my mind. A $130.00 doesn't really seem like a bad deal.

Thanks!

They're essentially the same chip except that the 8320 costs less and is clocked lower at stock. A simple multiplier bump will bring it to 8350 speeds. The OC ceiling difference between the two is around 50mhz (0.05GHz). So go with the 8320. :)
