My pc can only run some games between 20 to 35 frames but i have a descent set up?

Graphics Card: SAPPHIRE 100352-3L Radeon HD 7950 3GB 384-bit GDDR5

RAM: Only 4 gibs of DDR3

Now most games i can run on normal and get 35 to 45 frames but when it comes to any of the bohemia games (Arma, Dayz Standalone) I only get between 20 to 35 frames. I've been told that most of the bohemia games don't really run on ram and mostly cpu and gpu, so if you have any ideas please let me know.
