Only fans running with no activity on hard disc. Since then nothing is running. Have installed new PSU, BUT STILL NOTHING RUNS

see if both ends of vga cable are connected properly.
If still you get this problem
try changing vga cable?
it is the most common problem a pc user faces.
try another vga cable and then lemme know if it work or not.
