Will a better video card improve flight simulator x performance?

i just got a new computer and i need to know if getting a new video card will make the game have no lag?

Please, Anyone let me know what video card you would recommend getting to have better performance.

I can play fsx fine on low- medium settings but cannot play on high- ultra settigs

I have,
-12gb RAM
- Intel i5 3340 processor (6mb cashe up to 3.3 ghz)
- 1 Tb hard drive
- Integrated intel HD graphics
So I just got the standard video card that came with computer which is built into the motherboard

Yes get a single Nvidia card. The game prefers Nvidia cards but hates SLI.

You don't need a very powerful one for that old game. What budget do you have in mind?

Also what PSU do you have?

You will need a molex to 6-pin cable if your PSU doesn't already have a 6-pin PCIe cable.
