Sapphire vs HIS R9 270x

They are both the same price on Newegg for $219.00 and I was leaning towards HIS but I have heard that Sapphire is pretty good right now. I can't seem to make up my mind.. any thoughts and what do you guys think about the specs? The HIS is slightly faster I believe.

I've bought six (6) Sapphire Vapor-X cards over the years:
- pair 5770's
- pair 5870's
- pair 7970Ghz Editions

All have worked flawlessly. All run 65C or under after Gaming all day long, and are quiet too.....

That said, the Sapphire comes with a FREE copy of BF4 @@!!!! (hey, if you have it or hate it you can still sell it off...) Making the Sapphire a hands-down winner....
