Hi, can i use Asus Geforce GT 640 2GB Graphic card on my Gigabyte GA-G41M Combo Motherboard?

Processor - Intel Core 2 Duo E8400
Ram - 2GB x 2 (4GB)
Mother Board - Gigabyte GA-G41M Combo

Or if there's a better cards at same price.

Yes, your motherboard will support a GT 640. However, if you're going to be gaming, I would suggest a CPU upgrade as a Core 2 Duo will not be sufficient for modern titles. And instead of getting a GT 640, IMO the HD 7750 or the HD 7770 (for +$10) are better choices at that price point.
