Am I bottlenecking?

Im thinking of buying two Radeon R9 280xs
and i want to know a AMD FX-8320 will bottleneck these graphics cards. This is my build. If you have any more build suggestions feel free to send me them.

I don't think that case is a good one for SLI / Crossfire setup.You need at minimum this case Cooler Master HAF 912 http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-case-rc912kkn1 it have a great great airflow ,for that you need one of this on top of the case Cooler Master Megaflow 110.0 CFM 200mm http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-case-fan-r4lus07abgp
The CPU to not bottleneck the GPU's you need to overclock FX-8320 and for that you need a CPU cooler , Cooler Master Evo is a good and cheap solution http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-cpu-cooler-rr212e20pkr2
