Hi, I was using furmark to try and find a stable overclock for my asus gtx780 dcu2 oc. Since then I have been getting whea uncorrectable errors. I've tried clean reinstalls of the gpu driver in safe mode to no avail having completely removed and deleted it beforehand.

Other details:
Processor: i7 4770k
Mobo: asus Maximus if hero
Ram: 8gb corsair vengeance 1600mhz
Psu: fractal design 1000w gold

No problems before I used furmark this morning. Any chance of physical damage to the gpu? If not, any ideas what else furmark could have affected?

Thanks in advance

After exhausting all avenues I went into the BIOS to see if there was anything in there that was causing it. I noticed there that the CPU had been clocked, even though I had previously loaded optimised defaults and thought I was running at factory speed. The clocking didn't seem too high but I have not yet installed a proper cooler on the processor, so the BSOD's were caused by CPU overheating.

The problem was caused by running an optimisation process in Asus AI Tuner, which evidently tuned a bit more than my fan set up, which is what I though it was optimising.

Anyway, problem solved.
