Small server list on Battlefield 4

So I asked this on EA's forum but that place is so useless that no one ever responds so I figured I would try it here. With the same filters and same internet connection, I have a much smaller choice of servers to pick from than my brother. My firewall is completely disabled, what else can I do to increase the amount of servers I can see.

I've been getting this but it seems to be intermittent. I'll get 6 servers one time then I'll go back in a few minutes and get loads again its strange. It did it once when an update rolled out while I was in battlelog and it only gave me a small choice then I updated the game and got loads again.
