System specs
Core i3 3210
4GB DDR 3 RAM 1333 Mhz
750 GB HDD
Asus Nvidia Geforce GT 640 2GB DDR 3
450 W PSU ( 14A on +12V rail )
Can it(PSU) handle my graphics card?

New games are crashing after 15-20 minutes of game play. Freezing and minimizing to desktop.
Bsod errors also. someone said it is the driver issue. my drivers are up to date.

Solution
If that spec is accurate and you only have one 14A 12V rail, then I'm afraid your power supply is woefully inadequate . That equates to only 168W of 12V power, and while that may be technically enough to run your modest setup, I'm willing to bet the power supply is so bad that it can't even provide stable enough power to keep your system from crashing when under load. Refrain from stressing your hardware for now and replace that power supply ASAP. A few decent budget options would be a 430W PSU from Seasonic, Corsair, Antec, Rosewill Green Series; basically anything from an actual known brand name that is at least 80+ certified. You probably won't have to spend more than $50 for something that will adequately run your system.
