Hi i'm new here and i was just wondering if these specs are good for a gaming computer and what i should add or remove or if i have forgotten something.

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory (CMZ16GX3M2A1600C10)

CM Storm Trooper - Gaming Full Tower Computer Case with Carrying Handle and External 2.5-Inch Drive Dock, Black

As for the graphics card i am debating if i should throw in a second one and have two 760's.

Where are you buying from?
What is your budget?

It's decent, but you could do better for your money:
-You can get a good Haswell processor and motherboard instead of the older Ivy Bridge.
-8gb of ram is plenty for games.
-With the money saved from the RAM, you can upgrade the gpu to a GTX 770.
