In other words, the Mobile Intel (R) 945 Express Chip in older Dell Laptops have no "Control Center" to tweak color schemes and such but instead the tones are very life-like/natural compared to when YOU DO have your Control Center and some things are kinda off by default and you gotta tweak it yourself. So the question, is Dell HD Graphics the same way?

This is the only question in that last post and it makes no sense to me. All of the other questions you asked are fragmented questions as well. I'm trying to figure out what exactly you are wanting to know by the other statements you made. This sounds like you are asking about the software which doesn't matter. They can make whatever adjustments you need. You keep mentioning something has no adjustments but everything can be adjusted. If this info is not what you want then let me try some other info:

From what you are saying, I understand your old laptop with intel looks good and you didn't have to make any adjustments. Your amd laptop is not exactly what you want even...

Sooooo, you got any personal experience with Intel HD Graphics? I'd like to know if the tone's just right from the get-go...

Ok what I really mean is the software for said gpu? Like how AMD has it's control panel and within the panel there are quite a number of adjustments made possible, in which I myself had to switch up alot on my laptop screen to get that life-like look, achieved but with a slight red that nags me to this day but with my old dell, I get exactly what I'm looking for, except I desire a more modern/capable experience and with my low end AMD laptop the screen has no adjustments of it's own so I assume it, in itself, is natural but the AMD setup is at fault here by an edge.

So I really need to understand if the modern Dell would be of any help to me at all, no matter the monitor setup. =\

Your amd laptop is not exactly what you want even though you did make adjustments. You want to be good from the get go but I can't tell you if you would be because this is the result of the monitor itself. The differences have nothing to do with software or the gpu or who made the laptop. With a specific laptop model, I might be able to tell you if the monitor is good.
