My athlon processor started running at only 800Mhz 2 months by
When I enter BIOS, it shows his max speed is 800mhz
(Sorry for the bad english)

Check control panel, in power options if it´s in power saver mode or something.

You're definitely getting throttled then, the CPU is downclocking itself to prevent overheating. What cooler are you currently using? Stock?

One thing, exactly where it shows its max clock speed it´s 800mhz in the bios?

Sorry for the late answer. I've changed the "CPU profile" from Auto to Overclock Profile in the Bios, now it shows the max clock speed is 2700 MHz, but the current speed is locked at 800 MHz. I can see that in the Windows' System Properties, and Asus PC Probe II
