Gigabyte 970A-DS3P Cpu fan problem?

Hi. I bought Gigabyte 970A-DS3P motherboard and connected everything properly but cpu fan just wont start. Any fan i tried just wont start. Other fan controlers on motherboard are working exept cpu fan ( sys fan1, sys fan2...). I tried changing settings in bios by swithcing fan control from auto to pwn or voltage but nothing helped. Does anyone know what can be issue since i tried everything. Maybe the motherboard is faulty?

try disabling fan control it could be a dodgy fan connector or the software is preventing it from start up also if its a 4 pin fan try the cpu fan header with a 3 pin fan see if its the pwn pin
