Need help with deciding what CPU I need to get in a custom computer I am building.

I have a relatively loose budget but would still like to not go bankrupt.

It needs to handle most PC games well and be able to handle recording them. I may choose to upload to YouTube so it needs to be able to do that as well.

Any other advice on building a desktop would be very much appreciated. I am kind of a newbie at this.
Thanks for any possible help.

get whatever processor you see fit (4670k, 4770k, 8350, etc.) and get a 7 series geforce for shadow play (they can record in game video with rarely any performance loss. no cpu will be able to record your screen without loosing a huge amount of performance/fps. It is still in beta but already working well and it will certainly improve in the future. If you wanna go "pro"on in game recording you might as well get a dedicated card/device for screen capturing. General advice: don't go cheap on anything (especially not psu/mobo). it may save you a few bucks but it isn't worth it if it fries your expensive stuff or causes other trouble.

What dedicated card or device should I pick up.
