I am concerned about updating the BIOS on the ASUS M5A78L-M LX Plus mobo along with FX-8320 CPU. Help.

When I recieve the ASUS M5A78L-M LX Plus I ordered online, is the bios updated for the FX-8320 I ordered? (Upgrading from Phenom x3 8550) How am i going to update the BIOS if i bought this mobo and the fx series cpu, when I fire it up it won't work because it doesn't recognize the cpu or does it? I have a Phenom x3 8550, I checked the CPU support list for the mobo and it doesn't support it. So i can't upgrade the bios using the phenom.

If you already have the cpu and mobo just try it out.
Worst case it does not work and you can send it back or maybe borrow a friends cpu?
It wont damage it, it just wont post if it's not updated.
