im looking to build a pc for gaming,my budget is 15-17K(w/o the VGA, i have a different budget for the VGA)
the games i would like to play(not max settings but just in between without setting everything at low) are LoL, nba2k14, and any mmorpg with great graphics and gameplay such as saintsrow4, gta4, ac4, skyrim GW2 and ESO(when it comes out 4/4/14), or mmoFPS types.
i have very low knowledge on pc parts and which mix and match, any help would be appreciated.

you can see the prices and parts of where i'll be buying from here on the link below.

You will not be able to buy much at all with that, you probably won't run any of those games on low.

Oh wow you need a monitor to? Well, that doesn't have a video card which means you'll be using integrated graphics, which on that chip (or any APU) are terrible. You won't run any of those games with that. Save until you can afford more.
