I would try to get it to a comfortable level (4, 4.2, 4.4, whatever), without exceeding 1.3v on the core voltage and not exceeding 80 degrees while under synthetic load.

Thanks for the quick replies, also, I have no idea where i can change these settings, I'm aware BIOS is the way to go but could you link me a step by step tutorial? I haven't found any on TH
