I plan on playing skyrim and gta iv and gta v and mre like bf4 and other games like that

If you are keeping the computer for more than a couple of years I would go with 16 GB. My first build had 4 GB, had to upgrade to 8 GB soon after. My last build I used 16 GB and won't need a ram upgrade for a long time.
