Hi, so I'm about to move overseas and thinking of getting some extra cash before I do.

I've been building and changing this build for over 6 years (I think), till not a single original part remains. I'll be sad to see it go, but I won't really have much time anymore for gaming due to work, so this is goodbye.

The specs are:

Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-D3H Gen3 Black Edition Motherboard.
CPU: QuadCore Intel Core i7-3770.
Memory: 8 Gb Kingston DDR3-1333 ( 2 of it )
PSU: KingWin Mach 1 1000 Watts Power supply
Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series Extreme Performance Liquid Cooler H100i
Storage: Kingston HyperX 3k 240 Gb SSD and 2 Seagate Barracuda 3 TB HDD.
Graphic Card: Gigabyte GTX780
Case: Corsair Obsidian Series 750D Performance Full Tower Case
OS: Window 8 Professional 64bit.
Monitor: QNIX QX2710 LED Evo 2 27 inch 2560x1440.
(Never cared about optical drives, should I buy 1 to make it complete?)

There are obviously some newer parts and some older, i usually save up a few months then change a single part, repeat, repeat and repeat.

I have never tried selling my stuff before, question is, how much would this be worth as a whole? Or could I make more by selling individual parts since some of them are newer while the others are dated.

Thank you for your time.

Ill be back in a sec with more info.

And when you say "2 of it" do you mean you have two 8GB or two 4GB sticks?

Thank you for your help.

2 8GB sticks.

And also, do people pay more for installed programs?

I have a couple of editing programs installed when I was doing game design and studies.

Anyone could easily get a free cracked version of it, but they're all worth a couple of hundred in retail.

Would someone pay extra for those? Or do people include things like those for free.

Yes. People will pay more for programs. Like Adobe photoshop CS6.

Ok, I've looked at everything. Looks like the cheapest someone could get this system is $2,365. And that's on all sorts of different websites. And to go to a store and buy all the parts would be like 500-750 more dollars.

So lets say you spent $3,000 on this machine. Lets add about $100-200 for building it. And to make profit add another $300-750. And add half price for programs. So at least, sell the machine for $3,000. At max, sell it for about $4,000.

Hoped this helped.

P.S. here is the parts list. (shows the cheapest you can get the stuff. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2sqEr

Wow thank you, and to think I was about to list it as around $1500.

Also, when you say add another $300-750, what do you mean by "add profit" and where would it come from. If I added in the building costs and price of the parts, shouldn't I be looking at a slight loss (due to it being second hand) instead of a profit?

It really did help! Thank you again!

Well, I guess I was looking it this from a business perspective. I thought that this was a computer that you were building to sell. And like make money. If its used, then you it would be a lower price. Like $2250-2750.

Haha, I did say in the first and second paragraph that it was something I have and slowly changed parts after parts for years.

Thank you though, for your estimation.
